Educated at Dale College in King William's Town, he served in the South African Defence Force's Reconnaissance Regiment from 1986 to 1990. After his military service, Roland transitioned into the fresh produce and forestry industries in the Eastern Cape, where he became a successful timber contractor. He later acquired and still operates a market agency at the East London Fresh Produce Market, while also farming free-range pigs. An accomplished athlete, Roland holds provincial colors in life-saving, triathlon, and canoeing, and has competed nationally and internationally. Passionate about the outdoors, he is actively involved in coaching various sports. A proud South African, Roland is committed to improving the lives of others through hard work and dedication. He is married and has two children and two step-sons.

He holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Financial Mathematics from King's College London, has extensive experience in Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, Financial Regulation and Compliance, e-Commerce and is certified by CySEC. He also has a background and work experience in Actuarial, Real Estate, has served numerous years on the Board of Directors of Investment Companies (AJK Wealth) and Semigovernmental Organisations (CLDC) with an ability of dealing with technical information. He believes that sustainability is key to preserve the earth for future generations.

Leading a team of five, she excels in team management, customer experience, and ensuring compliance with regulations. She is also the main country contact for various finance-related projects, effectively bridging communication between the finance department and other stakeholders. With a background in managing a family business in South Africa, she brings extensive experience in financial operations, including cash management and payroll. Born in Cyprus and raised in South Africa, she returned to Cyprus in 2002, where she now lives with her two daughters. Passionate about traveling, the outdoors, and fitness, she is committed to fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
